Pamela Storer says:
Is it possible to obtain a temporary residence visa if I have purchased a small residential property in Russia? I do not qualify for the other Visas, as I am a retired person over 65yrs age and have an guaranteed Government income. I do not wish to start a business, nor would I qualify for the kind of work required. I would just like to live out my retirement in Russia, which I have spent 10 months living in as a student in 2017. I am in good health and financial independent. Do any of these help? Your advice would be much appreciated.
